Salon Policies & Guidelines

Thankyou for taking the time to read our Salon Policies & Guidelines.
 

Booking an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our Salon Policies and Cancellation Policies.

 

Please arrive to your appointment on time. Failure to do so may result in your service being adjusted to suit the remaining time or your appointment will be rescheduled. 

You will still be charged for the full booked service though as that is the time allocated.

When arriving and parking please do not park in our driveway or blocking any cross overs/footpaths.

Please attend your appointment alone as we have restricted space. If you need to bring someone with you (babies, children or prams) please let us know when booking or prior to your appointment date so we check if we can accomodate.

 

Cancellation and No-Show Policy:

We understand that schedules change & things can pop up that may be out of your control, but we ask you give us 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50%.

This covers our Staffs time as we will not be able to fill your appointment with that short notice.

Clients who miss their appointment without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost and pre-payment will be required to book future appointments.

Adjustments:

At home of hair, we strive to provide and create only the best for your experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your results, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We are happy to offer adjustments within that timeframe. As nothing makes us happier then you loving your hair!

Please remember to have real expectations with your results and we will always inform you at your appointment if your inspiration will not be achievable or take multiple sessions to achieve.

 

Hair History:

We require you to be completely honest throughout your consultation, to prevent any chemical reactions from happening. Failing to do this may result in damage to your hair.

Using professional hair care only prior to your service is extremely important & must not be overseen.

If you are using unprofessional hair care or been overseas recently please let us know prior to your appointment so we can do a cleanse prior and take required steps to prevent any reactions from happening.

We do not take any liability of any outcome if you do not disclose all information when we consult with you before or at your appointment.

 

Payment:

All services must be payed in full at the end of your appointment.

We except Cash & eftpos
